When completing the form, it’s best to give me as much information possible about the event, your wedding, who you are or your brand and what you require. This will enable me to give you the best possible experience, make it bespoke to you and maximise the quality produced!

I usually reply within a few hours but I guarantee will get back to you within 48 hours if I’m busy.

Please make sure to read steps two through five so you know what else is left to come!

If I’m free on the date(s) requested then the next step is to discuss your requirements either on Zoom, Teams, on the phone or in person if you prefer that and you can meet locally.

As I prefer to build relationships with my clients then I would recommend that we do not skip this step, but it does not mean we have to meet prior to the arranged date and can continue discussions via email if you prefer.

If I am not available for the date(s) requested then I may ask if alternative dates are possible or if you’ve already suggested this then we will agree on a date for the work to be started.

Once we have agreed on the date and you’re happy to book then I will get this added to my calendar and send you confirmation of the booking details.

Once the booking is set up, you will receive another email detailing the price we have agreed along with a breakdown of what is to be completed.

This will be accompanied by a contract to sign that will need to be returned before the date is confirmed.

Once the contract has been signed and returned, you will be presented with a booking deposit invoice with details on how to pay the deposit.

Once the deposit has been paid, the booking date will be secured and you will receive confirmation of this.

At this point, you will be sent a Welcome Pack (specific to our agreement) with details about what will happen on the day(s), if you’re a brand it’s important to keep me up to date with any changes that may happen to your schedule.

If it’s your special day that I’m covering then I can’t wait to meet you and be part of making your day memorable!
